Apple’s iOS 16.0.2 finally rolls out, fixing iPhone 14 Pro camera vibration issue, which lashes out alarming rattling sounds.

The update comes shortly after some iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users have complained that their cameras started to be janky. It starts when they try to take videos or photos on third-party apps like Instagram and TikTok.

Apple iOS 16.0.2 Rolls Out to iPhone 14

According to the news story by Tech Crunch, Apple has finally started rolling out the all-new iOS 16.0.2 update to iPhone users.

The online news outlet notes that the first-ever major update of iOS 16 releases ahead of its initial target date.

It is worth mentioning that the iPhone maker said that it plans to release a new update that would crash various bugs on its newest flagship smartphone. The issues that iPhone 14 users have been complaining about include the shaking camera bug and the copy and paste prompt mess.

But before this week ends, the renowned tech giant has already dished out its new iOS 16 updates. And it turns out that it addresses the annoying issues the iPhone 14 users have been grappling with.

According to a news story by GSM Arena, the iOS 16.0.2 update finally addresses the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max rear camera problem.

Some users of the high-end Apple flagship, which starts at $1,000, reported in various forums and social media platforms that their camera started shaking uncontrollably. It appears that the issue only triggers when they use apps like Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram. However, when they tried to take photos and videos on the built-in camera app, the same issue was nowhere to be found.

The released notes of the new iOS 16.0.2 say that it brings “bug fixes and important security updates” to iPhone users.

And it also addresses specific issues affecting iPhone 14 users. It notes that the update kills the bug wherein the “camera may vibrate and cause blurry photos when shooting with some third-party apps on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

How to Install iOS 16.0.2

The update is now available to all supported iPhone models, which starts from the iPhone 8 to the latest iteration of the Apple flagship.

To get the latest iOS 16 update, go to the Settings app. Then select “General” and tap “Software Update” to start downloading the new version.
